The Cuyahoga County Board of Elections procures equipment, supplies, materials and services necessary to conduct elections in a manner which is in compliance with the laws of the State of Ohio and in the most cost effective way.
The Board of Elections creates, releases and awards informal and formal bids based on Chapters 3501 and 307 of the Ohio Revised Code.
