IMPORTANT NOTICE : CLEVELAND WARD COUNCIL CANDIDATES
The City of Cleveland's legal department issued an opinion in April 2013 that candidates running for office of Member of Council should identify in the statement of candidacy which of the new City wards he or she seeks to represent.  The opinion further indicates that the signatures of voters should be obtained from the new City ward the candidate is seeking to represent.
