CUYAHOGA COUNTY TSx INVENTORY SALE
The Cuyahoga County Board of Elections (“CCBOE”) is announcing that it has a remaining inventory of Premier TSx Voting Machines and other ancillary supplies and equipment available for purchase. These voting machines and other supplies are being sold in ‘as-is’ condition to other counties and government entities that use the Premier Elections Solutions TSx polling place equipment. All sales are final.
This final bid period will begin on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 and will end on Monday, March 7, 2012.

Additional rules:
The memory cards are being sold and packaged ten (10) cards per box and the TSx Voting Machines are being sold and packaged three (3) units per box. Bids must be based on these packaging increments.
The property shall be sold to the highest bidder(s). The CCBOE reserves the right to reject or award full or partial bids based on available quantity and bid pricing. The CCBOE has final discretion on all sales.
All winning bidders are responsible for equipment pick-up or are responsible for and incur all shipping costs associated with the items. Each awarded bidder will receive an invoice, which will include all expenses related to your bid. Payment must be paid upon the receipt of the invoice.
