How do I vote using the Remote Ballot Marking System?
1. You can fill out the application online in PDF or HTML. You must still print out, sign and send the application to the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections.
2. Applications must be received by the Board of Elections no later than 12:00 p.m. on the Saturday before Election Day.

3. Watch for your secure email from the Board of Elections. Your ballot will be emailed to you along with detailed instructions. You will then be able to mark your ballot digitally using your device of choice.
4. Print your marked ballot and enclose it with your identification envelope/statement of voter and return it to the Board of Elections. The Board of Elections will mail an identification envelope/statement of voter and return envelope to you to use for this purpose
